About Stella Polaris Knowledge Center

English:

Welcome to the Stella Polaris Knowledge Center.

Stella Polaris is a four- year project run by Childhood and funded by the Swedish Postcode Lottery. The Swedish AI-hub allows for children’s rights and artificial intelligence (AI) meet for the purpose of encouraging and intensifying AI-related initiatives to fight child sexual abuse. By bringing together actors with a wide range of expertise we are accelerating the development and application of concrete AI-solutions. The Stella Polaris Knowledge Center aims to make research and resources on AI and child sexual abuse more available. The target groups for the platform are both researchers and developers of AI but also potential users of AI tools.

For those interested in developing or using different AI tools, there is our tool database "Digital Tools Combating Child Sexual Abuse". The database contains information on more than 90 different AI tools developed to combat child sexual abuse, from prevention to detection and investigation.

If you are interested in the intersection of children's rights and AI, our research database allows you to find articles and projects from all over the world. It contains both reports and peer-reviewed research on the topic we have selected. We hope that the interesting information in the database will inspire greater understanding and research in the field. Feel free to take a look and see if there is anything that is particularly interesting for you. All material on the site is reviewed by us to ensure that all sources are accurate and up to date.
